Paul Rastrelli, MD

Dr. Rastrelli has over 27 years of experience as an ophthalmologist, enjoying the majority of his professional career as an owner and ophthalmologist at Rocky Mountain Eye Center in Pueblo. Dr. Rastrelli was thrilled to join the Skyline Vision Clinic team in 2024 to continue caring for people in Southern Colorado. His specialties include cataract surgery and comprehensive ophthalmology.

Dr. Rastrelli attended the University of Texas, San Antonio, for his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and graduate school with a focus in Ecology. He then went on to complete his Medical Doctorate at the McGovern Medical School at UT Health, Houston. His internship and residency were completed at Ochsner LSU Health.

Maintaining professional affiliations is important to Dr. Rastrelli. He is a member of the American Board of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, Colorado Medical Society and Pueblo County Medical Society.

Outside of the office, Dr. Rastrelli, along with his wife Karen of 37 years, enjoys traveling, cooking, playing pickleball, spending time with his family and doting on his two grandchildren.
