Dana Reilly Hill, OD
Dr. Hill learned about healthcare and the visual system at a very young age. She grew up working in her mother’s ophthalmology practice on both the administrative and the patient care sides. With this comprehensive background, Dr. Hill approaches treatment from all angles. When formulating treatment plans, Dr. Hill discusses available treatment options and considers medical and non-medical variables such as systemic health, finances, and lifestyle. She believes that educating each patient on his or her eye health is a vital part of all eye exams.
As a psychology major in college, Dr. Hill enjoyed learning about the brain and nervous system. In optometry school, she completed an advanced studies certificate in neuro-ophthalmic disease. Dr. Hill enjoys managing ocular disease with an emphasis on glaucoma, dry eye disease, and post-operative care. She also likes seeing patients for routine vision exams as well as fitting soft and specialty contact lenses.
Outside of the office, Dr. Hill enjoys being in the mountains with her husband and two daughters.
